What a lot of fuss...

...for some blokes on bikes. 

However, as bloke on a bike myself, I rather enjoy watching others in a large group going very fast. Ross arrived from Embra and together we set-off to watch the Tour of Britain on Scott's View. However, the long arm of the law declared we couldn't go up the hill until after the broom wagon had been through at Clintmains. Actually, we had rather a good view and I don't think we missed anything. We then mucked about at the top pretending to be good at cycling (see the Extra Photo) before the peleton came racing up the hill again. It was then a sprint to get down the hill to St Boswells to meet the race at Maxton road end. A splendid day of racing.
