Red sky at night...

The forecast for the next few days is sunshine and low humidity. It will be good weather for working. The usual weeding and pruning, plus spreading some bags of mulch tomorrow.

We had some rain overnight, maybe about a half inch. By 8 am things were starting to dry off. It is Labor Day today, so we were not working. Despite the holiday, the garden centers were still open. So I went to the south shore and filled the back of my truck with plants. 

The extra is one of the beaches on the south shore. The clouds were dark in one direction, and it was clearing in the other direction.

I have decided to continue living alone, with no roommate. Last night I sent the security deposit back to the guy who just moved out. He still has not accepted it. When he gave me his notice he said he would pay me for October and November, but I really didn't believe that he would since he already moved out. Today he sent me an etransfer for October's rent. Even though he is a student, he must have money. Paying rent for a place where he never even spent a night, plus paying rent for where ever he is living.
