Last working day of the week

I was up at 4:30. Had a longer than normal walk with Buddha as the sun was rising. Busy day at work.

After work I have mainly relaxed and walked with Buddha. The temperature went to 27°C today. Extraordinary.

All I can think of really is good night's sleep.
