Cooling Off

Congratulations to my cousin Kirstin and her husband, Chris. Baby Daniel Christopher has arrived in the world on a scorchio July morning! All well.

As for us, we had a visit from the Newmachar holiday club kids this morning to see the frogs, climb trees and play badminton, Seaton Park this afternoon to catch up with Kim, Sharon and the girls, but the ice cream didn't make a dent in the heat, so the £3 ancient gardening sprinkler has finally seen gainful employment. SCORCHIO!
