Sunrise

I looked out the window this morning just after I got up, and ran for my camera. I don't get the best sunrise view with the power lines in the way, but the sky was beautiful this morning.
I only had half the crew today. A's girlfriend who works with us won't be available for awhile, her mother is in palliative care. With all of that happening, A didn't get any sleep for the past couple of nights, so he took the day off. M had a doctor's appointment so she wasn't available. D said he was not feeling well today, but I suspect he didn't want to take over an hour on the bus to get to the job site. He pulled the same thing last week too he took an extra long weekend. I will wait till next week to see what happens. Fortunately Br and Jo are both available to work on Monday mornings so they both showed up along with St.

A bit of a strange experience on the AYWMC app. This guy started messaging me which was fine. When I first looked at his profile I couldn't see any posts he had made. A few days later I could see various photos he had posted. The photos looked very professional yet this guy had joined the app fairly recently. I clicked on the check Google Lens on some of the photos and found that they had been taken by other people. I questioned him about it, and he claimed that the person is a friend of his. One of the rules on AYWMC is the photo must be taken by you. When I looked at this profile tonight, the photos were gone again. I am waiting to hear from one of the admins so I can given them his screen name and will let them investigate further. He tried to get me to chat with him on WhatsApp, which I do not use, and that was a big red flag for me.

A fun evening out again. The potluck picnics continue, as long as the weather is good. It does cool off around 6:30 pm though, and we have to start wearing jackets or sweaters.
