Words of love.

I had an appointment with the nurse this morning for my yearly bloods, and also a blood pressure check. We have a blood pressure monitor, so for the last week I have been checking my pressures three times a day, and keeping a chart. I gave it to the nurse,  but she still insisted she did a reading there one . As I knew it would, it was high, but she said the doctor will take note of my readings. Then home for lunch, and back out for my appointment with the occupational therapist., well two  of them actually. One of them had come down for the day from Mountain Ash, and they were both really good. They said not to force it, more like gentle stretches, and after taking some measurements, they said it is bending more than the last time. I still have to wait for the x-ray results which I will find out when I see  the consultant in two weeks.   As Sainsburys is near the hospital we did a small shop, and the back home.
