Box Full Of Letters

I’ve posted blips from around Heysham Village before, but I think this post box topper is new, because I don’t recall seeing it last time I was here.
Started the day with a PT Session. Legs still a bit sore from yesterday’s run, so couldn’t squat as much as previously. But I did manage a PB on Dumbbell Bench Press which made up for it!
After the session we toyed with the idea of going to the County Show, but the forecast was a bit iffy. Given that heavy rain over the past few days will already have made the ground soggy, we reluctantly decided we’d probably be best giving the show a miss this year.
Blackadder rehearsal in Heysham Village this evening. Our director wasn’t present due to illness, but we ran the show through once before retiring to the pub, which we thought would be a more amenable setting to do a speed run of the lines. We had to go outside to find a table away from the crowds as we, once again, resorted to silly accents for the speed run!
Much hilarity ensued, but it did at least prove that we are now fairly comfortable with the lines. Which is a good thing as opening night is four weeks tomorrow. And I’m away in Italy for two of those weeks…
