Up in a tree

Late afternoon was the time for today's walk. Tui were heard repeatedly during the walk, but only once was one seen. Despite keeping an eye on it as it went into hiding and then out again. Only took one photo, and it wasn't properly focussed.

In Boylan Avenue I saw the duck I'd seen a few days ago. Today, I saw three ducklings. Previously there had been ten to twelve.

Just as I arrived back at ours, a Kereru (NZ  Wood Pigeon) landed in a tree close to the drive. Quite pleased with the end result.
