All that jazz - again

Good to get back to drumming this morning, for the first time since mid-July. Afterwards a sociable coffee with the drummers, before meeting MrM for lunch at Beatties. The lentil and veg soup was delicious, and just right on a decidedly chilly, wet day.

Caught the bus into Huddersfield this evening for jazz club, tonight the 'house band' plus Anna Chandler on sax and Tom Sharp on trumpet. We found seats at the side, not ideal but excellent in that we could actually see Andrzej Baranek playing keyboard - how on earth does he move his fingers so quickly?! The room was packed, so no option to move around for a better shot.
