The colchicum are starting to bloom, there are more buds pushing thru the ground too.

A busy day. Housecleaning and laundry this morning. I had to drop a tree off at a customers house this morning, I didn't want to take it off the truck here, then put it back on for Tuesday morning. It is heavy. Brunch was in Bedford today. I had 2 quotes to do in Halifax this afternoon.

Both places are rental properties. The owner contacted me directly for one of them, the property management company contacted me for the other one. But both owners work with the property management company when renting the property. I could turn this into a good relationship. The owner that I met with told me she had called a couple of other companies but they had not given her a quote. For a couple of years after covid I often heard that companies would either not show up to give a quote or if they did, they would not bother to give a quote if it was a smaller job. I show up, I give them a quote and I end up getting the job. Both of the quotes today will end up being ongoing maintenance.
Removing some plants from a garden tomorrow and adding some low maintenance shrubs for a new customer.
