Roll With It

Friday The 13th

I’d completely forgotten about it being bad luck day as I wandered around the castle moat, I would have enjoyed a coffee at the Point but the man with a (coffee) van no longer appears to use his pitch.

Today’s photograph is of what’s left of the old Helston Workhouse, it was built in 1858, to accommodate 273 souls. After standing empty for a while in 1948 it was converted into a hospital. The hospital closed down in 1995 and after again standing empty it was converted to accommodation.
