Another day of contrasts

A good morning enjoying pancakes and bacon for a late breakfast and a last few minutes of chat with our friends before they headed off home at midday.

I decided to tackle the study aka dumping ground. This is so much more organised now and the dining room is full of bags far recycling, charity shop donations and several black bags to go to landfill as they’re full of old bits and pieces from Mr PHL’s various hobbies. There’s still a lot more sitting to do but I now know what’s in each of the piles. Next step is either the garage or the attic.

We collected Phin from daycare at teatime and he was very cuddly all evening. Think he’d missed us a bit!
