Safe.

Vulnerable.

True.

Steady.

An oasis.

A place to recharge and unplug.

A time to reset.

A place to gather those you love.

A home isn't a place it's a feeling. It's where there's love, where memories are created, where those you care about belong, where tears can be shed but where laughter can be shared too.

I love my little house and this blip taken as I got home from a walk with Holly this evening suns up some of it's magic to me.

I adore being away, going on adventures and travels near or far, but I equally love being at home whether that's at The Cape of Good Hope or in other settings that feel like home. :-)

Oh and home tonight is just the place to settle down, candles lit, to the final of Race Across The World!
