The birthday present

I also got a Ryobi electric staple gun, two cocktail books, shoes and clothes, theatre vouchers, Amazon vouchers, chocolate, a promise of a pub crawl, Elif Shafak’s latest novel,  and a beautifully illustrated guide to middle earth. 

Even better I felt loved and had a lovely day with some lovely people. Great country walk, chilled pub garden, call from TGR in Canada.
