Walking through the cemetery
A fixing myself up day. Hairdresser and chiropodist - I try to do them on the same day if possible, to get them done. A teeny bit of housework got done too - especially washing bedclothes, as it was a fabulous drying day.
I’m lucky that I can walk to the chiropodist without going near a road. Through the cemetery, and then down through the rather steep Arnos Vale park. Her place is close to the exit. Above is the best pic I took in the cemetery - the sky appeals to me. It is quite wild and overgrown in parts, though just out of the picture some volunteers are strimming and raking.
In the evening I listened with growing impatience and sadness to the Arsenal’s first Champions league travels. Luckily I was also peeling and chopping some of the windfall apple mountain while listening, so my time wasn’t completely wasted:)
