last supper

went with katie and pang to ruen mallika tonight - just off the phrom phong bts stop. cool little restaurant tucked away down the soi. of course, it being friday night, so many of the tables were already reserved, but we did manage a pretty nice spot.

menu was as big as a phone book, and i was told that there were some thai dishes that are more difficult to find in bangkok here. i'm not sure if we had anything that was so different (as we were just hungry) but the food was definitely nice.

had to wrap dinner up quickly in order to make the mad-dash over to the airport - had a 1245a flight that was delayed until 440a, but i failed to check status before we left the restaurant - live and learn...
