The accidental finding

Bedraggled

I'm feeling better, but still easily exhausted. It's easier to do mostly nothing, interspersed with little bits of something. So that's what I did today.

Steve has joined me in the CoVid cohort. Indie has returned to our bed. I'm still sweating far too much at random any time after the sun goes down.

In the afternoon, just as I'd decided to go back to bed, we had TWO bouts of a massive thunderstorm with torrential rain. The storm was more or less overhead. I took this shot in between rounds 1 and 2. Poor S hates storms, but I advised him to switch off his router in case it got struck by lightning, and apparently this got him out of a boring Teams call!

I've been looking at jigsaw puzzles online in a rather obsessive way. Found a store I haven't bought from before. Don't think I've spent this much time at home in isolation since that last time I had CoVid, in January 2022. It's getting dull, but that must mean I'm getting better.

S came round in the evening and brought me an 'Afghani rescue hamper' (see extras). That made me very happy, though of course I could only talk to him from a distance with a mask on. He is a wonderful 'son' to me.
