Knit One Purl One

Today was day two of the 1940s weekend, so I drove over to Sheringham this morning and spent a couple of hours wandering around with my camera. Always such a lovely atmosphere, although there did seem to be fewer people dressed up this year.  It was possibly busier yesterday as it was so warm and sunny.

I'm never comfortable photographing people, so I did a bit of lurking around with my long lens for capturing candid shots and then asking if I could take people's photos.

This delightful lady was standing slightly apart and busy with her knitting, she was very happy for me to take her photo.

I've also posted an extra of two char ladies who were great fun and a photo of a lovely young lady who was on duty at the North Norfolk Railway, I thought she looked very smart in her uniform.

I've also shamelessly copied Claire's blip photo idea from the other day

I hope you don't mind Claire, I couldn't resist these bright red shoes!
