Tyres

Not such a good haul as previous years but certainly enough to keep us supplied in hot sauces and spices.  There are a few more to come, especially the little piri piri ones and the Jamaican hot (top right). I'm not sure how potent the paper lanterns (top left) are, I think pretty strong from what I recall. The long skinny ones are fairly tame, all things considered.

Himself went to his mum's house to check its still standing and move a few more things this morning, then to meet some friends for 'a' lunchtime drink. He's not back yet so I'm guessing I'll be going running on my own later.

Other than that, I've spoken to a decorator to get an estimate for the hall and stairs, the last of the leaky roof damage in No.1's bedroom and probably the bedroom if I don't get off my backside and do it soon, ordered new wiper blades for the car and some replacement tyres and inner tubes for my old mountain bike so I can sell it and tidied some of the garden. I'll collect the bits tomorrow.
