Yn sydyn rydw i'n ymddangos wedi cyrraedd ar y pwynt lle rydw i'n siarad am ddolur, poenau, a salwch rhyfedd. Sut y digwyddodd hynny? Roedd nos anodd oherwydd roedd fy nghoesau yn boenus a doeddwn i ddim yn cysgu. Felly roeddwn i'n teimlo fy oed yn y bore. Beth bynnag, rydyn ni'n parhau...

Roedd rhaid i mi fynd i'r optegwyr heddiw i gasglu fy sbectol newydd. Maen nhw'n dda iawn ac rydw i'n gallu gweld yn gliriach. Es i i 'Iechyd Da' ac wrth gwrs y fynwent, lle mae pobl yn ymddangos yn cysgu yn dda.

Suddenly I seem to have arrived at the point where I am talking about aches, pains, and strange illnesses. How did that happen? It was a difficult night because my legs were painful and I didn't sleep. So I felt my age in the morning. Anyway, we continue...

I had to go to the opticians today to collect my new glasses. They are very good and I can see more clearly. I went to 'Iechyd Da' and of course the cemetery, where people seem to be sleeping well.

I hope to sleep better tonight.
