Honeybee

My walking buddy called off today’s walk because her new skin graft looked hideous even under bandages. So K and I had dumplings, walked to Zetland, discovered traces of a former pony racing track, and followed Google maps home via new-to-us backstreets. I forgot to blip.

The honeybee was earlier, and now I see it’s on some sort of box affixed to the wall.

Further up Alice St I encountered a scrub turkey (extra) heading towards a reserve. If it’s the same one I spotted in Angel St permaculture garden it managed to cross four lanes of King St.
