The Cherry Tree

A popular place in Moniaive to wait for someone you are meeting.
This morning we visited Anna’s ex husband and his partner - Peter and Fiona and saw Poppy and Arlo again. They are lovely people and much better suited than Peter and Anna ever were!
Another afternoon of music, chat and laughter after that. There were a few ukulele players (women from various parts of the north of England) guitars, banjos, mandolin and fiddles. It was good fun.
We had a great time and Frank enjoyed playing with them too. Lila came over again and she was clearly enjoying herself too - a glass of wine and she’s away!
We’ve had a lovely weekend and been well looked after by Anna and her new partner, Michelle. Both are great cooks .
I’m meeting two more friends tomorrow - Mo4W and my lovely old friend Liz - we were both nurses on the same ward.
Exhausted now so off to bed.
