This is the theme for today's Wide Wednesday hosted by Steveng.

We went to the Crown Inn for coffee. The pub dates back to the 17th century and was used to hold trials in the 18th and 19th century. 

In other news: I had a very bad night, only getting to sleep now and then, and then for not very long.  I stayed an extra hour in bed this morning to try and make up.  Having said that, I did have a reasonable day, only having one nap during the day. I'm going to try some mood music downloaded from BBC Sounds tonight.
