Forest Bathing with a Friend

We moved slowly today — we returned to the cafe nearby the Olle bolle troll here for morning Swedish Cardamon and almond filled rolls. Fika as blipper nanna K says. Then later K and I walked at Tryon state park. It was lovely and so quiet .
Tonight my son and the kids stopped by to say goodbye to K as she flies back to Alaska — and to have sone Pappy apple pie .
In the extras is my abstract Thursday entry and a couple pics of two strong woman united to preserve our constitution. We can put aside partisan politics and put country first .
