Antique wine press

I returned the air fryer that our friends lent us to try while they were in the UK. We were not particularly impressed especially given the amount of counter space it would take and in the kitchen. While I was at their house, I checked where they had had a leak to see if mould was appearing. I also spotted the wine press in the garden. We then went to other friends to strip their fig tree as neither of them like figs. I prepared all the fruit and in the afternoon, Mrs TT made a vat of fig compote, while I went to the tennis practice. We will box it up and put it in the freezer.
