Paired Blips

So this photo is of Jan and the rather classic rail station; Umeå Central. It's partner is Jan's blip, of me peering out of the glass sculpture (extra) that, in my mind, is always twinned with Umeå Central Station.
Earlier in the day we woke up next to a sunny beach just outside Husum. It was a chilly night (4°C in the van) but we stayed snug. A combination of sun and the van heating kept us snug when we got up. We had a good walk along the edge of the sea (extra), did TaiChi between the beach and the van, and then headed of north towards Umeå, where this picture was taken.
After Umeå we headed inland (via a couple of second-hand shops for Jan) to our present overnight spot, at a beach on the end of a small lake. Summer has long gone here so the jetties are drawn up onto the shore, the picnic tables are stacked away, and the kids' swings are put away. Which means parking is very easy, and we are alone. As the sun goes down we have a view of the lake through our window.
As we drove today we ooohed and aaahed about the autumn colours and the swirls of yellow leaves that came down with ever zephyr of breeze.
Autumn is a great time to be out and about!
