Thursday: River Cefni at Llangefni

Today’s Blip is of the river which has featured many times in this journal, the object which caught my attention though is the clump of beautiful white flowers of Yarrow.

It was very wet for a few hours and a chilly 8°C, we were expecting the builders to do some outside work but they have postponed until tomorrow. Soooooo we went to get some groceries to Lidl and we took a detour to Tatws Trading where I bought a small sack of pickling onions … and took today’s Blips! :-)

This afternoon I picked a few baby cabbage leaves from the seedlings (still protected in their plastic containers - https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/3278799264955763813 ), sliced them finely and added to sliced raw onion and grated raw carrot, some Hellman’s mayo = fresh coleslaw :-)
