Pony time
An early blip for me today as we have a meeting here this evening to plan involving the wider congregation in the process of finding a new Rector. The vast majority will not want any involvement but we have to try to find ways of allowing those who do want to, to have their say.
Colin's sister and her family flew in today from Barcelona, their flight left 2 hours late t weren't sure why! They were all heading off in different directions after they arrived, so we met up briefly and had lunch at Craigie. Our niece lives in Canada so it was nice to see her again even briefly.
These rather lovely Shetland ponies were out for a walk when we were leaving. The one closest to the camera is 18 months old, the other 26 years. They seemed very content.
We came home and tidied up, what an exciting day!
Fingers crossed the meeting is a useful exercise, we're rather short of time just now and to be honest I could have done without it.
....and a late extra of the Aurora from the back garden!
