It's not my strong point, but on World Mental Health Day, and every day, remember to show yourself a little love and take care of you. You are worthy, no matter what your brain tells you. A spin on Livy this evening in heavy hail filled showers alongside a beautiful sunset is one way I can give myself a little love.
Remember, every storm in our minds has a rainbow waiting to emerge. It is okay not to be okay, but it is brave to seek the light.
