Birthday treats

Sunday before my birthday, I wanted to go downtown and browse in the bookshop.

R spent quite a while in a silver store choosing a necklace chain and the perfect little silver dog charm to hang on it. I saw a pretty bracelet, which J returned later to buy for me, not exactly secretly. (It's not in the picture, as it's put away till the actual day. Not my idea....)

My choice in the bookshop was a photography book, but the best self-birthday-gift so far was spotted on the way back to the car....a hula hoop.

Jewellery, a book and a hula hoop. Yep...that's a good birthday mix.
