I switched about swimming but was glad I did, the pool was quiet. Did some work which finished early so put the non working lamp back in it's box. I was glad If taken the reference pics. Royal Mail will collect tomorrow. Then braved the chill wind to go across to Bruntsfield to have a very long and enjoyable lunch with K in PIGGS. So much food. 

Popped into the new Edinburgh Bookshop for a couple of kids books and then home to do very little. Caught up with OMITB and HIGNFY. Amol Rajan doing the gig he was supposed to do before the election. 

Started to prep the Christmas cake and pudding. Tomorrow's task.
