Last of the light fades on another superb day

My 200th blip and we're in Gosport visiting friends. After working out at the gym in the morning and last second watering at the allotment and at home we set off about 1.30pm for Gosport. Despite a bit of traffic on the M25 roadworks we managed to avoid any serious jams which was fortunate as it was the Friday when many schools finished for the year.

We arrived in Gosport at just after 4.00pm and spent a pleasant evening watching a bit of the Ashes Test, relaxing and having dinner outside. It was one of those magical evenings, clear, balmy and with the light gradually turning deeper and deeper blue but hard and clear. Here we are enjoying the cool of the evening.
