Get up will you!

I get up at 7 almost always. Just occasionally earlier when I can’t sleep. Now, at 7, it’s really really dark. Today the sun apparently rose at 7.35 here. Though completely hidden away by clouds. Also in the evening - my phone told me I might see the special comet in the west at about 6.30 pm. But it was still completely covered by clouds.
Meanwhile Portia seems to be cheerful every morning, purring like an engine.
A lovely busy morning at Fareshare. In the afternoon I went to see the practice pharmacist at the health centre. My cholesterol has gone down incredibly well. Especially the ‘bad’ cholesterol has gone from 5 to 1.5 I don’t know if it’s down to starting statins, or changing my diet to nearly all vegetables, or both together. The pharmacist is a lovely soul who is completely interested in the patients - encouraging and full of enthusiasm. He said I was the first person he’d seen that day whose health is improving - and I was the last patient:-(
