The end

I picked that last of the zinnias and then pulled out the dried up and brown plants. I have a plan for next year to plant in monthly intervals so maybe they will bloom on out until it frosts.

A great cool fall day here but It snowed in parts of the NC mountains where people are still struggling without water or power. It is very cold and windy up there today. It is so sad that the national media has stopped reporting about all the help that is still needed and will be needed for months.

It makes my heart hurt every day.
