Tiny fungi

The morning started off sunny and then the fog set in, it was very atmospheric with the thick fog but it eventually burned off by late morning.

I took Xena to the woods and I spent time on my walk looking for the teeny tiny fungi that usually grows on fallen logs. I found some, but then I did not have my glasses with me so it was a bit hit and miss getting the focal points as I did them manually.

After our long walk I went home and hung up a load of laundry, cleaned the coffee machine and had just made myself a cappuccino when my phone rang and it was my dentist's office, I had forgotten about my appointment with the hygienist! Luckily the dentist is literally 4 minutes away down the road so I was able to get there very quickly, my lovely cappuccino abandoned without even a sip!

I had ironing and other chores to do today but I took Xena for another walk later on and it was still pleasantly sunny.

Tommy is about to arrive home from Munich, and he is delighted that he got the apartment he very much was hoping for. It is well located with easy access to trains, tubes and is very modern with a well appointed kitchen, underground parking and a bicycle storage room. It has two small terraces, one off the living room and one off the bedroom, with big windows and it looks bright and sunny (he sent us a video of it). I am very pleased for him.
