Arbroath

About 18 of us from the running group went on tour to Arbroath parkrun and then had breakfast at the golf club. 
This was taken from the golf club, the run was an out-and-back and went near the edge of the course but I didn't take a camera with me, I'd left it in my friend's car, so I didn't get a pic of the group before/after either.
My left knee was complaining bitterly until about 2 miles, it was niggly before last week's half marathon but much worse since. I'll have to give it a few days rest from running.
The sun shone for quite a bit of the day and after a bit of gardening (clearing up around where the plum tree came down so I can make some veg beds) we both sat reading in the garden for a while.
More cycling watching this evening, the track events are quite exciting madness,
