At last some fungi

Having seen so many fungi on Blip I was pleased to spot these this morning on a dull walk around the locality. It got duller and rained heavily when we were nearly home.

It remained dull this afternoon so we spent some more time completing our respective Powers of Attorney. Just a few details to tidy up then get our head around the specific sequence needed to complete the various signatures needed.

We attended a very enjoyable event this evening when we attended a ceremony awarding Cllr Horne the freedom of the Parish of Thurnham to mark his retirement from the Council after over 50 years service. John and his wife have been long time friends of Doreen and Susan having been next door neighbours since 1977.
