View from Cambridge Beach

I enjoyed a real treat this evening from L - a trip for a sundown drink and dinner at Cambridge Beach. In fact, it was a lovely treat for both of us, as we had both had fairly tough days at the interface and in the various online meetings "at" our respective workplaces. So that was a great evening. Thank you L!

After 2pm (i.e. 6pm UK - I won't say what time I started....), I gave myself another treat by walking down to Elbow Beach, to spend a bit of time jumping the waves and not swimming (see extra), as it was rather rough. I'm not taking any risks on beaches where I know nothing about the tides and currents. Given that didn't actually involve any swimming I went in the pool when I got back here.

Soon enough it will be time to go to bed for those who are mainly working on UK time.
