Nostalgia

first an admission, this wasn't taken by me but by a random medical student we accosted! I did take the extras.
I had a day trip to Newcastle today to meet up with some of my old flatmates. After lunch, chat and a WhatsApp call to another ex-flatmate we walked out to the plaes we used to live through the university.
Here are the 4 of us with our old halls of residence behind - in a state of demolition, the one I lived in was where they are working and is almost gone. Just across the road was the flat we all lived in, I went there the year it was built, which is also now demolished and replaced by the blocks in the extras.
The other extra is of the old medical school.
The park, however, doesn't seem to have changed.
We then wandered back into town and had cake and cuppas before heading back to the station as 2 of them had to get away. I had nearly an hour so the 2 of us left had a walk down to the river.
