Flotsam

I’ve been backsliding with my blip journal. Thursday, eh? 
First a meet up with JD at the Bell Block to discuss the FCYC Christmas party. And JA and PT were there too to chip in with their tuppenceworth. JD has taken it on, y’see and she seems like a good sort - she dropped into the conversation that she organises stuff for her local church. Sounds like she can be trusted not to fiddle the raffle then.
Then up town to see the young Behrens lad with this little piece of automata which we very much wanted. Wait till the minky sees it with the rocking boat and wee flapping-winged seagulls. Yep, she’ll be unimpressed. 
And then, a game of football - at 5:45pm! Against Nicosia Omonoia - my word did we set about them. This is more like it. 2-0 up at half time through wonderful goals from Forrest and Spittal, the fans new favourite. Just one more point needed from the next four European games to see football in the new year…. hope springs.
