New Bridal Shop on Field Street
A bridal shop might have been the last retail outlet I expected to see in Shepshed, but there on Field Street, as I Cecilied past towards the Post Office, three workers were involved in putting up the shop sign for Paige Louise in what used to be a gents' hairdressers. A sign of the times? Or maybe the proprietor can't afford the rent elsewhere.
Three workers. One to install the sign, one to hold the ladder steady and the third to pass the pieces of the sign.
Lots of poppies up all over the place and I caught sight of a little dog staring out of the window on Freehold Street. Extras.
A trip to The Outwoods in the afternoon where we haven't been for a while. Basil enjoyed his run. I enjoyed getting out.
Len helped me set up and install my Buffalo drive station which I'd first started using back in 2012. It's RAID but I don't really understand how to use that. We plugged it in and connected it to the Mac and I've discovered loads of photos that I'd forgotten I had. So pleased to have found them because now I can use them.
