Crepes

After work today I met up with Mira in Hampstead to get some delicious crepes and have a good old catch up... we were both gutted to discover that the Hampstead Creperie is very seriously facing eviction! Signed the petition then and there.

Hannah was having birthday drinks in Finsbury Park - yet another part of London I've never actually been to, and was pleasantly surprised by how significant a place it is - so we walked through Hampstead and took the bus down to the park to meet Hannah and her uni friends. Lovely night, soon joined by Annie, and very late by Sam and Mark ("batty boiiii!"), by which time we had to leave (stopping off in a disgusting public loo with Annie and at a bagel bakery that's open til 2am. Ah, London).

P.S. Don't know what happened yesterday. I had the opportunity, but took no photos! Woke up to find my parents painting over the plastered bits of walls that have been grey for a few months, had an afternoon tea reunion/goodbye for the summer at Sarah's, and then babysat two lovely children! Somewhere in there, surely, you'd have thought I'd manage to take a photo. Nevermind.
