Tomorrow is Halloween and it will be the warmest since 1974. 

The Ukrainian 79th Air Assault Brigade repelled the Russians. They did so by destroyed nine armored vehicles, to tanks , four motorcycles and <drumroll> a BMPT Terminator Tank. This tank is supposed to be so tough that it is meant to protect other tanks. Like a cartoon weapon it has auto cannons, grenade launchers, a machine gun, and missile launchers. It is supposed to be a super weapon. And the Ukraine war shows that Russia’s military equipment is not as impressive as their PR capabilities. The Terminator is expensive and unreliable and easy to break. 

Someone told me that the US brought down the USSR by spending so much on our military that they bankrupted themselves trying to keep up and that we did this as part of an intentional strategy. They said there is a documentary on this. Anyone know the name?

North Korea is contributing bodies to Russia. I am hoping this gives them a chance to defect. Meanwhile 200 North Korean defectors currently living in South Korea have offered their military expertise to Ukraine. They are willing to engage in “psychological warfare” against the North Korean soldiers. They submitted an official request to Zelensky.

A private military academy in Chechnya named after Putin was attacked by drones Tuesday morning. There were no injuries. The roof caught on fire. The academy trains elite units for combat in Ukraine.
