Autumn colours

At Sheffield Park (National Trust). I had a consultant appt this morning in Crowborough about my hand (ongoing  after an injury 2 months ago). After an x-ray, it was/is a broken bone and is taking time to heal - but it will. I just need to make sure I don't over use it/must stop if uncomfortable. Annoying but so nice to know!
We then had a lovely wander and picnic at Sheffield Park. Yoga this evening.
