Day 204: Performance Review Day - Part 2

Given that my last Performace Review over ran, today was the conclusion.

Suffice to say I have passed, and I am allowed to keep my job.

Now to get on with the task of actually running the business, top of the agenda is to hire some new staff to replace the two guys who are leaving, second priority is to try and get rid of the clown who won't do his e-learning!
