Firework

Apologies for the poor quality photo. I’d assumed that there would be lots of fireworks going off tonight so I’d be able to pick and choose. But - possibly because it’s a midweek school night - there were only a few around tea time. As far as I’m aware there is no longer an organised event at Kendal Castle so these ones will no doubt be from one of the houses at the foot of the hill. Presumably someone who had a lot of money to spend on fireworks because it was quite an impressive display.
Nothing else to report today. Mrs C had taken herself off to Scotland early doors so I was home alone for most of the day. I did force myself to the gym for an hour before lunch but, other than that, I’ve just been slumped in front of the telly catching up on all the programmes I’ve had to record over the last month because I’ve been on stage most nights.
Must try and be more productive tomorrow…
