Home made pizza

A good catch up with my school friends again and then shopping for some bits and picking up an order in the afternoon.

I made pizza dough for the first time ever today! After all this boring weather, I thought we needed a bit of a treat. We have never had pizzas delivered to our house, or any takeaway to be honest but when we looked into it, I was shocked at the price.
Quite chuffed at how it turned out, and with the home made pizza sauce I made from the last of our tomatoes last week it was delicious. A bit more faff than I was expecting but a lot cheaper than a take out. I think we’ll do this again :)
