Remembrance.

I know I have a couple of backblips to put up but I felt this should go up on the appropriate day.

Just before 11:00 I made my way into the village in time to join the congregation of the church who had walked up to the centre.  The village cross is used for the laying of the wreaths.  As you can see there was a good turn out.  It was a pity whoever parked there cars there didn't think about what was going on today.  Cars from the 4 roads that meet in the village stopped a respectful distance back and waited until the service was over.

Just to round things off as we were breaking up a rally of vintage cars came down one road into the castle grounds through the grounds and then back through the village by the road in front of the house you can see.  great planning on somebodies part.
