Hanging on to autumn (again)

Claire came and cut my hair. It felt very much colder outside and I had to find a suitable hat before I went out!

I had slept badly and was awake from 5 am, so I was a bit slow to sort out a few things. The morning flew by.

Choir was great. We are preparing our Christmas repertoire and we are doing well, almost to our surprise!

(If only the basses would watch the conductor and not go off at their own speed…….but they sound great.)

On my way to choir I stopped to enjoy the fallen leaves in the churchyard. I think I have posted similar images in previous years.

I’ve had a day off from visiting the hospital but the washer is on with Margret’s things. There has been some confusion about the clothes I sent in today but I will sort it all out tomorrow. She has had lots of visitors although I worry that they stay too long.
