Dear O'H dear, Lovely Tea Jenny and The Mini Princesses,

I was helping Albert with his mail settings (on a phone call) on his phone but his password was being rejected.

I suspected that he was just mistyping it so I offered to try it on my own phone. He spelled out his password and I tried it but I had the same issue.

“Can I just confirm the password again Albert? ‘X?’”

“Yes”

“B?”

“Yes”

“2?”

“Yes”

And then a penny dropped.

“The number 2?”

“No, T-O”

The password worked after that (and for Albert after another couple of mistypes)!
